Role Description
1. Support digital IC design tasks, including RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, and module-level integration. 2. Assist with SoC/IP integration, functional verification, and design debugging. 3. Work with senior engineers to analyze design issues and improve design quality. 4. Participate in the ASIC development flow from RTL design to implementation and verification.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2. Basic knowledge of digital logic design and Verilog/SystemVerilog. 3. Familiarity with RTL design, simulation, or synthesis tools is preferred. 4. Knowledge of the VLSI/ASIC design flow is a plus. 5. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome. 6. Good learning attitude, communication skills, and teamwork. [Preferred Qualifications] 1. Knowledge of DRAM protocols and standards, including DDR4 / DDR5, LPDDR4 / LPDDR5, JEDEC specifications, and the DFI interface. 2. Experience in memory controller design, including command scheduling, QoS / arbitration, refresh management, and power-state control. 3. Experience in low-power design, including clock gating, power gating, and UPF. 4. Experience in metric-driven verification using SystemVerilog / UVM. 5. Experience in ESL modeling using C / C++ or SystemC. 6. Familiarity with DFT and CDC methodologies. *We are looking for an engineer with strong digital IC design and problem-solving capabilities, who can contribute across the complete design flow—from system architecture, RTL design, and verification to front-end implementation—and collaborate effectively with Physical Design, Firmware, and Software teams. *Hands-on experience in DRAM controllers, DDR / LPDDR, DFI, or memory subsystem design is highly preferred.

Role Description
1. Participate in RTL design, integration, and verification work related to SoC / Digital IC. 2. Participate in the design, integration, and performance optimization of Memory / DRAM subsystems. 3. Execute logic synthesis, timing analysis, and related front-end design flows. 4. Cooperate with Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, and other teams to complete IC design and system integration. 5. Assist in analyzing and resolving issues related to design, verification, and implementation.
Requirements
1. BS or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of industry experience in Digital IC / SoC / ASIC design or verification. 3. Familiar with Verilog / SystemVerilog and hands-on experience in RTL design or verification. 4. Good understanding of the Digital IC design flow and strong problem-solving skills.
