WHALECHIP has successfully completed twice WoW silicon verifications (logic wafers connected to memory wafers) and mastered the key to the design of unimpeded communication between two wafers under WoW technology. Related IP development and authorization services such as RAMTRIX™-HBD are officially open and available for customers use. Customers can directly use RAMTRIX™-HBD technology to combine silicon-proven memory wafers with self-designed logic architectures to enhance chip performance. More IPs of different stacking types under the WoW architecture will be provided to customers.
